This Privacy Policy explains how Leads Factory Corp. ("Leads Factory", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our website (leadsfactorycorp.com) and our software products, including Reviews Factory(reviewsfactory.app), Tlin (tlin.app) and our other applications (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information such as name, email address, company name and password.
• Business information you enter, such as business name, address, phone number and website.
• Content you create in the Services, such as review replies, messages, settings and preferences.
• Billing information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser type, operating system, IP address and approximate location.
• Usage data, such as pages visited, features used and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the Services.

2. Google user data

Some Services let you connect your Google account using Google OAuth. If you choose to connect, we request only the permissions needed for the features you use:

• Basic profile (openid, email, profile) — to sign you in and identify the connected account.
• Google Business Profile (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage) — to list the business locations you manage, read the reviews, ratings, photos and business information of the locations you select, and publish replies to reviews that you write or approve.

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Services. Specifically:

• We access only the Business Profiles you explicitly authorize and select.
• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting or personalized ads.
• We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide the Services (for example, our hosting provider), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
• Our staff does not read Google user data unless you give us permission (for example, for support), it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with the law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.

Limited Use disclosure: Leads Factory's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect your Google account at any time inside the Services or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we stop accessing your Google data and delete the stored access tokens. Google data already imported (such as reviews) is deleted when you delete the related account or on request.

3. AI-assisted features

Some Services offer AI-assisted replies to reviews. To generate a suggestion, the text and rating of the review are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to produce the reply. Our provider does not use this data to train its models under our API agreement. You can choose to approve each reply before it is published.

4. How we use information

• To provide, operate and maintain the Services you requested.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To process payments and send transactional messages (for example, receipts and account notices).
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To monitor performance, fix problems and improve the Services.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the Services (hosting, databases, payments, email, AI processing), under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
• A successor entity in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing betobyron@leadsfactorycorp.com. We delete or anonymize data within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where we must keep it to comply with the law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption of stored OAuth tokens, access controls and regular backups. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR, LGPD or U.S. state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our servers may be located in other countries. By using the Services you understand your data may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will be communicated in the Services or by email.
