These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website leadsfactorycorp.com and the software products offered by Leads Factory Corp. ("Leads Factory", "we", "us"), including Reviews Factory, Tlin and our other applications (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorized use.
• If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

2. The Services

Our Services help businesses with lead generation, websites, reputation and review management, automation and related tools. Features may change over time. We may add, modify or discontinue features, with reasonable notice when a change materially affects paid features.

3. Connected accounts (Google)

Some features let you connect third-party accounts, such as your Google Business Profile. You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage any profile you connect. You authorize us to access the connected data and, when you request it, to publish content (such as review replies) on your behalf. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms. You may disconnect at any time.

4. AI-generated content

AI-assisted features generate suggestions (for example, review replies). You are responsible for the content you approve or allow to be published automatically. We recommend reviewing suggestions before publishing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful activities.
• Post fake reviews, impersonate others, or manipulate ratings in violation of platform policies.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws.
• Access accounts, profiles or data you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the Services.

6. Plans, payments and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider.
• Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may suspend accounts with unpaid balances.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design and trademarks, belong to Leads Factory Corp. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Services during your subscription. You keep ownership of the content and data you provide, and grant us a license to process it only to provide the Services.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted operation, or that third-party platforms (such as Google) will keep their APIs or policies unchanged.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leads Factory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. After termination, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protection rights under your local law are not affected.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
